Terms and Conditions

We require an advance deposit to secure your reservation for any of our adventures. The remaining funds can be paid to FAN on arrival. In case the unlikely event that your trip is cancelled, we can transfer you to any of our upcoming trips. We will try not to charge you any money. We make sure, as far as it is possible, that we will refund you the entire amount you have paid to us. In cases where we have already committed our funds in advance of your trip, e.g. permits, flight tickets already purchased, there may be some charges. If we can postpone/change any such expenditure, we will do this, so neither of us are at a loss.
